Terms and Conditions of Booking:

The Academy of Cosmetic Nursing and Dermal Therapy in partnership with DW Aesthetics (“we”) reserve the right to decline enrolment to any of its training courses.

All delegates "you" must hold requisite qualifications, Professional Registration and an appropriate level of Indemnity Insurance for the course you are attending. Evidence of pre requisites must be provided for validation at time of booking.

We reserve the right to cancel or change planned training courses in terms of dates, locations, and course content. You will be notified at least 24 hours in advance of any changes. A full refund will be given in the event of cancellation or should you be unable to attend due to any changes we make.

Irrespective of circumstances, we accept no liability for any loss of earnings or expenses incurred by delegates ("you").

Paying for your training course

You may pay for your training course in the following ways:

Cash
Debit or credit card
EFT

Upon booking, 50% of the course fee is due immediately and is non-refundable.

You are required to pay the remaining balance of your course at least 6 weeks prior to attending your training course.

An order confirmation confirming your place will be sent within 24 hours of payment/s being received.

For bookings made less than six weeks prior to the course commencement date, payment is required in full at time of booking.

It is the delegate’s responsibility to ensure that the balance is paid in full at least 6 weeks before the course date. Failure to do so may result in your course place being cancelled, and any payment already made may be forfeited in line with our cancellation procedure.

Cancelling your training course booking

We understand that sometimes plans change and you may need to change your arrangements. Please read below for how we handle cancellations and amendments, these rules also apply to sickness.

Should you wish to cancel your booking, the following terms and conditions apply:

All cancellations are to be made in writing to, aacndt@outlook.com.au and will incur a $50.00 administration fee.
Amendments to nominated delegates is at the discretion of the Director Education .
Cancellations more than 6 weeks (42 calendar days) before your course date will incur loss of the non-refundable 50% deposit made at time of booking ,plus a $50 administration fee.
Cancellations less than 6 weeks (42 calendar days) before your course date are 100% non-refundable.

Please be aware that any delegate arriving late to the course may not be able to participate in the course ,this is at the educator’s discretion .In the event of this occurring no refunds will be made. We do not accept any liability for the cost of any travel expenses or hotel/accommodation or any other costs incurred by participants to attend our courses.

All website content, course titles ,outlines and training resources provided prior to and during the course are protected by copyright with all rights reserved by AACNDT and may not be reproduced or copied either in part or in whole; nor used for personal or financial gain without the express approval in writing by the owner, Academy of Cosmetic Nursing and Dermal Therapy regardless of circumstances .

The AACNDT copyrighted © curriculum is developed to the highest standard by experienced practitioners and educators and in accordance with current industry practice, health and safety legislation and recognised guidelines with the specific intention of improving standards of Aesthetic Practice. All Educators will at all times possess formal post graduate qualifications in addition to subject matter expertise to ensure quality and validity of educational principles.

However ,we cannot be held responsible if:

The guidelines change
There are further requirements for future qualification, which are not met by AACNDT’s training structure
Whilst every effort is made to ensure accuracy of all information and resources provided, we will not be held responsible for any inaccuracies or omissions. You are responsible for your own practice and ensuring that it is accurate.
You are unable to gain employment as a cosmetic nurse, AACNDT does not make any claims or guarantees that training will lead to employment.
Any clinical errors or malpractice incidents following training by us.

Models used in Training

It is the responsibility of the participant "you" to organise the required number of models for the training if required. AACNDT do not take any responsibility for "no shows" or suitability of models you select . In the event of model the AACNDT will not be responsible for any loss of practical exposure, nor will any additional time be permitted to gain this exposure .

In booking your place on a training course, you are agreeing to these booking terms and conditions and understand the requirements.
