Deborah is the founder of the AACNDT  and  researches, develops and leads the educational direction  of the AACNDT.

Deborah has vast experience in the field of medical and clinical education and executive health management in Australia and internationally .

Practising as a Clinical Nurse Specialist, Cosmetic Nurse and Clinical Educator gaining extensive experience in aesthetic medicine, critical care,emergency nursing and pre-hospital care for over 25 years. She has trained and mentored thousands of medical students, Doctors, Anaesthetist’s, Nurses ,Paramedics and a range of allied health professionals in a variety of clinical and aesthetic  skills.

Deborah has over 20 years’ experience cosmetic and aesthetic medicine, performing thousands of non-surgical aesthetic treatments.

The AACNDT works in  partnership with DW Aesthetics  Perth and Deborah  is the Clinic Owner and   Cosmetic Nurse Specialist at the clinic.
